Sgwib is a band from Dolgellau that brings together some of the town’s most talented and experienced musicians. They create a bold mix of energetic and catchy music. Riff is proud to represent this local band, who have built a strong reputation for themselves, with their most high-profile performance coming on of the main stages at Sesiwn Fawr 2025, and their track ‘Awyr Iach’ receiving significant airplay on Radio Cymru.

The members are David Bradley (Vocals), Wil Slaney (Guitar), Alun Cadwaladr (Guitar), Cai Evans (Guitar), Osian Lewis-Smith (Keys), Thomas Carr (Drums), and Gerwyn Murray (Bass).

Straight from the heart of Dolgellau, the lads are ready to make their mark far beyond the town.
