Out of enthusiasm and enjoyment towards the incredible standard of the Welsh music scene, it was decided to establish the RIFF agency in 2025, to ensure that Welsh musicians have a strong platform to focus on what they do best, namely performing and entertaining the crowds.

There was a feeling that amazing talent was sometimes drowned under the pressure of paperwork and organizing - so we decided to step in to support, by facilitating preparations and gig arrangements for Welsh bands and those who organize the gigs and festivals.

We are determined that the support should professionalize the scene creating an environment where bands, individuals and venues can thrive.
